At that time the oonservation pool was empty and <br />the reservoir accounts oontained 13,284.87 a. f. distributed as <br />follows: 11,534.18 a. f in Agreement Acoounts and 1,750.69 a. f. in <br />the Permanent Reoreation Pool. Adjustment of Agreement Aocounts <br />transferring exoess water remaining in the Kansas Transit Loss <br />Aooount at the .end of the 91-92 compact year into Kansas and <br />Colorado storage aocounts was accomplished on November 1, 1992. <br />Winter storage ended at 2400 hr, March 31, 1993. During this <br />period 65,180.13 a. f. was stored. Of this amount, 36,390.18 a. f. <br />was stored in the conservation pool and 28,789.95 a.f. was stored <br />under the Pueblo winter storage program in Article III aocounts. <br />This water was allocated to various accounts as specified in the <br />Operating Plan adopted by the Compact Administration on April 14, <br />1980. <br /> <br />Transfer of oonservation pool water to accounts began at 0900 <br />hr, April 1, 1993, at a rate of 1250 cfs. The conservation pool <br />was emptied at 2017 hr, April 25. During the time that transfer <br />was being aocomplished 18,649.26 a. f. was stored under summer <br />storage conditions. In addition, on May 31- <br />June 7 a period of storage accumulated 7,512.19 a. f. in the <br />oonservation pool. Again, on Aug. 29-30 conservation storage of <br />1523. 36 a. f. occurred. On Oct. 29- Oct. 31 a final storage event <br />produced 1,278.04 a. f of conservation storage. This was <br />transferred to aocounts as it was stored. <br /> <br />A run to the State of Kansas was begun at 0900 hr, June 24, at <br />a rate of 400 cfs. This run oontinued until 1846 hr, July 28, when <br />the Kansas acoount was emptied. A modified agreement on the <br />acoounting of credited delivery to the state line gages was adopted <br />this year. The agreement now states that no credit for over- <br />deli very will be determined for a run that exceeds 100% of the <br />Kansas account release. <br /> <br />The COlorado Division of Wildlife negotiated for the purchase <br />of trans-mountain water from the Pueblo West Metropolitan District <br />and the Board of Water Works of Pueblo this year. This water was <br />moved to the Permanent Recreation Pool in John Martin in June and <br />July. The amount stored in the pool was 8030. 96 a. f. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
