Benefits for fish, recreation and flood control have been estima~ed

by the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, the National Park Service,

and the Corps of Engineers, respectively. Derivation and detailed dia-

feasibility report. The annual benefits that would be provided by the

project are summarized in Table 2.

Annual equivalent costs

The average annual equivalent costs, as determined for comparison

with the benefits, is the capital investment amorti~ed over the 100-year

period of analysis at 3.125 percent interest; the annual operation,

maintenance, and replacement costs; and an assigned cost for regulatory

features of the Upper Colorado River Storage Project. The capital in-

vestment includes interest during construction and construction costa.
