In Colorado. prospects for four <br /> <br />projects--the San Misuel. West Divide. Fruitland-Mesa, and <br /> <br />Savery-Pothook--are dim. Colorado anticipates that only the <br /> <br />Animas-La Plata pro)ect will receive Congressional appropriations <br />for construction. <br /> <br />ColoradO believes, nonetheless, that commitments have been <br /> <br />made to use revenues from the Colorado River Storass p:oject <br /> <br />hydro~er system to enable a certain level of development in the <br /> <br /> <br />Upper Basin.
