<br />further allocation to the division of fire safety, the sum of
<br />one hundred ten thousand five hundred twenty-eight dollars
<br />($110,528) and 2.0 FTE, or so much thereof as may be
<br />necessary. for expenses incurred in connection with the
<br />implementation of this act.".
