<br />3 <br /> <br />Costs were then estimated for each reservoir size at each site and <br /> <br />at this point it becmne evident that the Gerrard site could not compete <br /> <br />with the Wagon Wheel Gap site. <br /> <br />Amlual costs of the various size reservoirs were computed and plotted <br /> <br />against functions of shortages relieved, taken from economic studies of <br /> <br />the service area. These plottings showed the 300,000 acre foot reservoir <br /> <br />at the Wagon Wheel Gap site to be the rr~st desirable for irrigation uses <br /> <br />alone. Curves supporting this are attached.
