3341
Attachment 2
Steve Arveschoug and sse Members

April 29, 1998

Please take the time to provide your input on the weighting of goals, subgoals, and objectives in the
Decision Analysis for the SECWCD/Arkansas Basin Future Water and Storage Needs Assessment
Project. You will see on the following figure that several boxes for weighting factors are left blank,
These are to be filled in with percentages, such that at each nodal point the percentages in the boxes
total I 00 percent. For example, the weights for each of the four overall project goals must equal
100 percent. Within each goal, the weights of the subgoals must total 100 percent. An example
completed figure is provided with the weights filled in by one of GEl's engineers, Obviously, your
weighting factors will be different. If you have questions, contact Dick Westmore or Josh Reese at
GEl Consultants, lnc" (303) 662-0100.

97411\SCREEN2.MMO
