Manzanares Lake 15 onJ.y four acres in'size and lies in the hcachvaters of

the WCf,t Fori, of the Encampmcnt Ri\'er. It is also 2.n excellcnt 101'001< trout

lake with nn 8.hund~llce of food. The brook trout caprured during the 1976

survey a\"cl"agecl ncarly 12 inches in I.cngth and were in excctlcnt condition.

Some brooks \\'cighing I,} to 2 pounds have beeD taken fronl this lake.

'\\"est Fork L?kc is 13 2crcs in sb',c and also lies at the headwaters of

the West Fork. It is a good tl'Out bl,,, but has recently been infested with
