Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. is pleased to provide 45 copies of the Phase I
Drought Study report. The report has been revised to address the comments
and suggestions raised through review of the draft report made by the
Colorado Vater Conservation Board, members of Loveland's City Council and
Vater Board, and the Vater Department staff.

The goal of the Phase I study was to recommend a drought recurrence
interval for which the City should have adequate water supplies to
withstand. In this regard, CDM recommends that the City provide for
drought events with 100-year recurrence intervals.

It has been our pleasure to work with the City of Loveland on this phase of
the project. Ve sincerely appreciate your efforts and assistance in
conducting this study.
