In addition to review of reports and measured

data, such as streamflow or diversion records, COM and/or JW either met

with or contacted by telephone many individuals with direct knowledge of

some component of Loveland's water supply system. These individuals

are identified in Table 3-1. CDM also worked closely with Hr. Jeff Heden

of the City of Loveland's Water Department in obtaining the necessary data

to carry out this study. All of these individuals were most helpful and

cooperative, and their contributions to this report were greatly

appreciated.

Many existing studies and reference materials were reviewed in preparation

of this report. Table 3-2 presents a bibliography of the major sources of

information utilized in Phase I.

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

The hydrologic data and diversion records obtained during this task are

included in the Technical Appendix; selected data are also reprDduced in

appropriate sections of this report for ease of reference. Information

gained from the various individuals mentioned earlier is discussed in later

sections of this report dealing with specific issues.

3-1
