A~plicant intendS to develo~ <br /> <br />2126 acres of said land into 870 resirlencial lots. includin~ <br /> <br />a 2~.41 acre comnercial area. a 50 unit dormitory type <br /> <br />facility, and an 85 unit recreational vehicle p&rk.
