In addition to the above-listed WAter ri~hts. Applicant is the o~~er of a portion of that land which is commonly known as the Z.1p<'lta Ranch. \Jhich is located about 25 miles northeast of Alamosa. A~plicant intendS to develo~ 2126 acres of said land into 870 resirlencial lots. includin~ a 2~.41 acre comnercial area. a 50 unit dormitory type facility, and an 85 unit recreational vehicle p&rk. A le~~l description of said 2126 acres is attached hereto as Appendix A. and incorporated herein by this reference. 6.
