The clubhouse and residential facilities will also be <br /> <br />served by shallow wells. A recharge plan is proposed to -bank- sufficient <br /> <br />water for late-season development needs, and for other uses at the <br /> <br /> <br />development. <br /> <br />The plan as outlined will allow Rocky Mountain to irrigate sensitive turf <br /> <br /> <br />and landscaped areas without concern for water shortage, and will prevent <br /> <br /> <br />injury to other water users below the Zapata Ranch. No expansion of <br /> <br />historic consumptive use or irrigated acreage will occur as a result of <br /> <br /> <br />the development. <br /> <br />- 27 - <br />
