The COlUlcil suggests that the participants in this activity <br />be the same individuals who reviewed both the initial problem list in <br />Activity One and the Regional Preference Future in Activity Two ( Gr:J'Jp B). <br /> <br />The Study Director will be responsible for notifying the appropriate <br />participants regarding this activity, "nj for providing the participants veith <br />the draft report along with explanatory materials for suggesting a format <br />for review responses. This review process may occur through separate <br />mailings to the individual participants, meetings of the participants, or <br />some combination of both. <br /> <br />The Study Director and his staff or work group will be responsible for <br />collecting the review responses; analyzing them, and updating the draft <br />report as appropriate for consideration by the policy group. <br /> <br />Sub-activity 19 - During this sub-activity the Regional Sponsor will <br />finalize the Specific Problem Analysis Report for submittal to the WRC. <br /> <br />As discussed earlier, the policy group should review the draft report, <br />modify it as necessary and then with staff/work group assistance, <br />propose a final draft for approval by the total sponsoring organization <br />(the Commission, the inter-agency committee, etc.) and transmittal <br />to W RC. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br />
