<br />0":> <br />~ <br />c--, <br />e-,,' <br /> <br />q <br /> <br />1 may also furnish the temporary use of any equipment, <br /> <br />2 facilities or other property recpired for such operation, <br /> <br />3 maintenance or replacements, which it may have on hand., and <br /> <br />4 which, as determined by the Director, are available for such <br /> <br />5 use. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />(f) Upon requisition filed with the <br /> <br />7 Director by either Operating Agent, the United States <br /> <br />8 will -)erform, with its own forces, work required in <br /> <br />9 connection with operation, maintenance or replac6llents <br /> <br />10 for which such Operating Agent is responsible, if it <br /> <br />11 has available, as determined by the Director, the labor <br /> <br />12 and facilities necessary therefor. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />(g) All materials, supplies, machinery <br /> <br />14 and equipment purchased pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br />15 this Article, whether by the United States or by an <br /> <br />16 Operating Agent, shall be in accoro,ance with specifica- <br /> <br />17 tions prepared by the Operating Agent and, except in <br /> <br />18 the case of expendable materials or supplies purchased <br /> <br />19 by such Op8rating Agent, approvod by the Director. <br /> <br />20 In the case of all purchases by the United States, <br /> <br />21 the Operating Ag8TIt concerned sh2ll cooperate with <br /> <br />22 the United States in the considoration of all proposals <br /> <br />23 recei ved and may make recormnendations es to the letting <br /> <br />17 <br />
