<br />['- <br />~ <br />(", <br />C'-', <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />1 case of the United States by the Secretary, in the case of <br /> <br />2 the City, by the Chief Electrical Engineer of the Bureau of <br /> <br />3 Power and Light, Department of Water and Pov.'er, and in the <br /> <br />4 case of Edison Company, by its Chief Engineer. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />(e) Nothing herein shall preclude the performance <br /> <br />6 by any party to this agreernen t, at the request of any other <br /> <br />7 party hereto, of work or duties which by or under the terms <br /> <br />8 hereof are to be done or performed by the party rn:;k ing such <br /> <br />9 request. <br /> <br />10 Duties. Powers and Rights of Operating Agent <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />17 (a) Each Operating Agent shall have charge, <br /> <br />12 subject to the supervision of the Director, as more particularly <br /> <br />13 provided elsewhere herein, of the operation, maintenance, and <br /> <br />14 the making of replacements, however necessitated, of that por- <br /> <br />15 tion of the Boulder POWGr Plant for which, by the provisions <br /> <br />16 hereof, it is desigrrated the Operating Agent. Each Operating <br /> <br />17 Agent may furnish and install such new units or items of <br /> <br />18 property as may, in the judgment of the Operating Agent, be <br /> <br />19 reasonably necessary, at a cost of not to exceed $1,000 in <br /> <br />20 anyone case, subject to all the provisions hereof applicable <br /> <br />21 to operation, maintenance and replacem0nts. <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />(b) The Operating Agents shall severally <br /> <br />23 provide and furnish all labor, services, sUDplios, materials, <br /> <br />24 machinery and equipment and the use of equipment, facilities <br /> <br />25 or other property, and do 8nd perform each and every act <br /> <br />15 <br />
