The term of each such a,gency shall <br /> <br />17 commence Qt midnight, Pacific Standard Time, on the last d~ <br /> <br />18 of thG calendar month next succeeding the month in which the <br /> <br />19 Adjustment Act shall have become fully effective, pursuant <br /> <br />20 to its terms, and shall continue in effect until and including <br /> <br />21 ~!ay 31, 1987, and shall not be subject to termination except <br /> <br />22 by consent of all the parties hereto or in accordance with <br /> <br />23 the provisions for termination for default specified in <br /> <br />24 Article 23 hereof. <br /> <br />11 <br />
