Energy sources are getting more costly. Demands

will drastically increase if the desalting plant is built.

Our observations are that increases are contemplated due to

need for power and the availability of excess water for

municipal and agricultural use may continue for four (4) or

, , five (5) years. with these in mind, it seems practical to

developments may preclude the need for the large expenditure

for tile desalting plant with its accompanying excessive

energy demands.
