we got normal runoff conditions after the peak runoff this

year, which we're projecting, you know, about one hundred

and forty-six (146) or one hundred and forty-eight percent

(148%) of average. Now if we got another normal runoff

year next year, then you're only still looking at about a

fifty-six percent (56%) probability of any flood control

releases next year.
