about what projection of raise in Yuma? I'm sure the Corps

has the answers.

MR. GARNER: Twenty-eight thousand (28,000)

release at Hoover -- it would depend partly on the time of

the year, what the depletions are and so forth, but it might

be somewhere about thirteen thousand (13,000), fifteen

thousand (15,000) cfs here.

don't know if anybody has the answer to this, but anyway

I want to bring it up. This piece of land that I happen to

be on, now I was not advised by getting a permit in this

county to put a mobile home down there, that I couldn't do

it or shouldn't do it because of a floodplain. So somewheres

along the line I think the gentleman's idea of a person's

moving on a floodplain is not intentional to go ahead and

try to get damages or because he's ignorant. I'm only

ignorant of the fact that somebody didn't give me any

information. Now the gentleman that owns this mobile home
