As far as our Treaty is <br /> <br />concerned they're entitled to a million and a half <br /> <br />. <br />(1,500,0001 and they schedule that ahead. If there's surplus <br /> <br />in the water they're entitled to schedule a million and <br /> <br />seven hundred thousand (1,700,000). The rest of the water <br /> <br />will go there and we have to assume there is a channel to <br /> <br />take it. <br /> <br />MR.
