.~
...
cr.
C\J

('

IMAGING NOTE

A series of six public hearings concerning the flood control operations
of Hoover Dam were held during the time period April 30, 1979 to May 10,
1979. A transcript was prepared of each hearing.

Each hearing transcript contains the text of a formal presentation by
the Bureau of Reclamation and Army Corp of Engineers. Because the same
presentation was made at each of the six hearings and makes up nearly 30
pages of each transcript, it has been imaged only once, under the title of
"Transcript of the Formal Presentation at the Public Hearings for Re-
evaluation of A Flood Control Operation Plan for Hoover Dam."

The second part of each hearing transcript consists of comments from
individuals and business, citizen and governmental groups. That part of
each transcript has been imaged separately, by meeting date and location.
