Such facilities would include access roads, <br /> <br /> <br />parking areas, boat launching facilities, campgrounds, picnic units, <br /> <br />toilets, water supply, shelters, beach development, administrative <br /> <br />area, landscape plantings, and signs. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />The fish and wildlife development would consist of a 15,765- <br />acre wildlife management area, of which 7,220 acres would be <br />purchased specifically for this purpose and 8,545 acres of normal <br />Reclamation rights-of-way would be utilized. Developments would <br />include habitat development, a headquarters building, necessary <br /> <br />equipment, fencing and posting, and check stations and parking <br /> <br />lots. <br />
