<br />nood control operations of Folsom Dam
<br />and Reservoir to allow for recovery of
<br />costs associated with operating a
<br />variable flood control pool of 400.000 to
<br />670,000 acre-feet of water during the
<br />nood control season. This agreement is
<br />to conform to Federal law.

<br />accomplished through long-term
<br />renewal contracts pursuant to Pub. L
<br />102-575. Prior to completion of
<br />negotiation of long-term renewal
<br />contracts. existing interim renewal

<br />City of Tracy. The assignment will
<br />require approval of conversion of the
<br />District's CVP irrigation water to M&l
<br />waler.
