<br />results so far as the rights and obligations to

<br />That the following measurements and schedule
<br />thereof shall be substituted for the measurements
<br />and schedule thereof as now set forth in Article
<br />IV of the Compact:

<br />liThe obligation of New Mexico to deliver water in
<br />the Rio Grande into Elephant Butte Reservoir
<br />during each calendar year shall be measured by
<br />that quantity set forth in the following tabu-
<br />lation of relationship which corresponds to the
<br />quantity at the upper index station:
