These rights <br /> <br />have been removed from the analysis and the Water Development Baseline was <br /> <br />subsequently developed. Thus, the Water Development Baseline for this study is defined <br /> <br />as EB/SS-I with the Two Bar Canal and Boone Lateral rights removed. <br /> <br />2.3. SUMMARY OF STUDY APPROACH <br /> <br />In order to assess the downstream impacts which might result from the development <br /> <br />of the subject water rights, modeled post-development flows at the mouth of the Little <br /> <br />Snake River were compared to Water Development Baseline flows. Water Development <br /> <br /> <br />Baseline flows near Lily, Colorado (1930-1982) are shown in Table 2. Development of the <br /> <br /> <br />subject water rights was modeled sequentially by priority to determine the incremental <br /> <br /> <br />impacts of each project. The modeling approach for the subject water rights projects is <br /> <br />described in Chapter 3.0 of this report, and the results are discussed in Chapter 4.0. <br /> <br />18 <br />
