<br />o <br />C'J <br />Co\) <br />~ <br />~) <br />l\:) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Colorado River Basin will be prepared in the Upper Colorado Regional Office in <br /> <br />Salt Lake City. Values for the Lower Colorado River Basin will be prepared in <br /> <br />the Lower Colorado Regional Office in Boulder City. The Engineering and <br /> <br />Research Center in Denver and the Commissioner's Office in Washington will be <br /> <br />responsible for technical and policy review, respectively. Consultation <br /> <br />with the Lower Basin States will be the responsibility of the Boulder City <br /> <br />Office, whereas the Salt Lake City office will consult with the Upper Basin <br /> <br />States through the office of the Upper Colorado River Commission. Consultation <br /> <br />with the States and Commission will be considered a major element in the <br /> <br />process of preparing the report. In order to enhance the usefulness and <br /> <br />acceptance of this report, methodologies and data developed and used by the <br /> <br />states will be employed to the maxi~um extent possible consistent with <br /> <br />uniformity and technical judgment. <br /> <br />(The Upper Basin States are Wyoming, Colorsdo, Utah, Arizona, and New <br /> <br />Mexico and the Lower Basin States are New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and <br /> <br />California. ) <br /> <br />3 <br />
