As the study proceeds, an attempt will be made to streamline the

reporting tables and reduce them to a more understandable attractive

and usable format. An attempt will be made to make the reporting

formats for the Upper and Lower Basin values more consistent so

that data and information can be easily compared and analyzed.

In addition, some of the data may be presented in graphical form

for ease in making comparison of relative magnitudes.

The technical appendix will be xeroxed copies of basic data not

readily available from other sources, worksheets, computer printouts,

graphs, correlations, and short narrative statements explaining

procedures and assumptions used. The appendix will describe where

basic data was obtained and how it was manipulated. Also, estimates

of the accuracy or confidence level of estimated or computed data

will be included. Copies of correspondence with the Upper and Lower

Basin States and the Upper Colorado River Commission will be included.
