<br />0=1539 <br /> <br />7. Making a good faith effort to continue to maintain a drug-free workplace through <br />implementation of paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 <br /> <br />B. The sponsors may provide a list of the site( s) for the performance of work done in connection <br />with a specific project or other agreement. <br /> <br />C. Any person who fails to file the required certification shall be subject to a <br />civil penalty of not less than $10,000 and not more than $100,000 for each such failure. <br /> <br />16.
