<br />O~1548 <br /> <br />Crop yields are high, but some of these soils need more careful management than <br />others because they are shallow over limestone or sand and gravel. The water <br />holding capacity in most of the soils is moderate to high. The main problems are <br />managing irrigation water, maintaining fertility, and controlling erosion on the steeper <br />slopes. <br /> <br />Land Cover <br /> <br />The land cover in the watershed is estimated in Table A: <br /> <br />Table A .
