<br />1969, Public Law 91-190, the Department
<br />of the Interior has prepared a dl'aft envi-
<br />rorunental statement for the remaining
<br />4.207 acres of non-Federal lands within
<br />the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge,
<br />Yuma CoWlty. Ariz. and Imperial COWlty,
<br />Calif. The refuge was established pri-
<br />marily to provide wintering habitat for
<br />waterfowl on the Lower Colorado River.
<br />Written comments are. invited within 45
<br />days of this notice.
