December 10, 1986 Settlement (ALP only). <br /> <br />The December 10, 1986, final settlement quantifies water <br />rights for the tribes on all major streams passing <br />through the reservations as well as granting the tribes <br />"Project Reserved Rights" in certain federal projects <br />that regulate the flows of those streams.
