If a recipient does not submit an <br />offer and does not notifY the issuing office that future solicitations are <br />desired, the recipient's name may be removed from the applicable mailing <br />list. <br /> <br />8.13 52.233-2 Service of Protest <br /> <br />(a) Protests, as defined in section 33,101 ofthe Federal Acquisition <br />Regulation, that are filed directly with an agency, and copies of any <br />proteSts that are filed with the General Accounting Office (GAO) or the <br />General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals (GSBCA), <br />shan be served on the Contracting Officer (addressed as fonows) by <br />obtair!ing written and dated acknowledgment of receipt from the Bureau <br />of Re<!lamation, Attention: Contracting Officer, 125 South State Street, <br />Roomi7229, Salt Lake City, Utah 84147, <br /> <br />(b) TJ:1e copy of any protest shall be received in the office designated <br />above ,on the same day a protest is filed with the GSBCA or within 1 day <br />of filing a protest with the GAO. <br /> <br /> <br />C-9 <br />
