<br />Conceptual Request for Proposals <br /> <br />(a) Mark the title page with the following legend: <br /> <br />N <br />C.Il <br />N <br />CJ1 <br /> <br />This P, roposal or quotation includes data that shall not be disclosed <br />outside the Government and shall not be duplicated, used, or <br />discl~ed-in whole or in part-for any purpose other than to evaluate <br />this ~roposal or quotation, If, however, an agreement is awarded to this <br />offeror or quoter as a result of -or in connection with-the submission of <br />this c{ata, the Government shall have the right to duplicate, use, or <br />discl<$e the data to the extent provided in the resulting agreement, This <br />restri~tion does not limit the Government's right to use information <br />contained in this data if it is obtained from another source without <br />restriction, The data subject to this restriction are contained in sheets <br />[insert numbers or other identification of sheets]. <br /> <br />(b) Mark: each sheet of data it wishes to restrict with the following <br />legend: "Use or disclosure of data contained on this sheet is subject to <br />the relltriction on the title page of this proposal or quotation," <br /> <br />8.8 52.~15-4 Explanation to Prospective Offerors <br /> <br />Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the <br />solicitatio~, drawings, specifications, etc" must request it in writing soon <br />enough tq allow a reply to reach all prospective offerors before the <br />submissio)1 of their offers, Oral explanations or instructions given before <br />the awar4 of the agreement will not be binding.
