The following is a brief summary of the major water-related issues discussed in <br />the draft letter. <br /> <br />Status of the Species <br /> <br />No significant changes were documented in the status of the four species <br /> <br />Accomplishments <br /> <br />In the past year, the Program has made some important strides, including: <br /> <br />. completing a lease for 2,000 af of water from Steamboat Reservoir; <br />. continuing to operate Flaming Gorge Reservoir and the Aspinall Units to provide <br />research flows; <br />. coordinating reservoir operations on the Colorado River; <br />
