About 4.6 miles below the diversion dam, part of the <br />~ater is siphoned under the Colorado River to the Orchard Mesa Power <br />Canal for conveyance to the pO\'lerplanc and then pumped to the Orchard <br />Xes" Canal for delivery to project lanes.
