<br />. <br /> <br />Monitoring will also include photo documentation of habitat conditions along the belt transects <br />and along pre-established monitoring points independent of the transects. <br /> <br />An annual monitoring report will be prepared by Reclamation and distributed to the participating <br />agencies by December 31 of the monitoring year. Annual review of progress by regulatory <br />agencies is encouraged. <br /> <br />4.3 Monitoring Schedule <br /> <br />The condition of the fencing and the presence oflivestock trespassing will be monitored during <br />the routine maintenance of the MA. <br /> <br />The streambank stabilization and channel-floodplain restoration sites will be monitored annually <br />for a 5-year period. This monitoring period will be extended if needed. Monitoring will take <br />place during low-flow conditions in the fall, after the end of the summer field season <br />(approximately October I). <br /> <br />Plant community monitoring will be conducted over a 5-year period. This monitoring shall also <br />be extended if needed. The permanent transects and photo points will be revisited annually in . <br />early-June. <br /> <br />4.4 Responsible Parties <br /> <br />Reclamation will be the responsible party overseeing the implementation of the monitoring plan <br />for the MA. <br /> <br />-46- <br />
