Bureau of Reclamation, Imperial Irrigation District, the <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison <br />Company, California Electric Power Company, San Diego Gas and <br />Electric Company, and the Arizona power organizations, both pub- <br />lic and private. Representatives of the California Public 1Jti\ities <br />Commission also attend the meetings of the committee, <br />
