Its purpose is to inform interested parties of the coordinated <br />operation of the project. The report has two main parts: One which <br />describes the actual operation of the project for water year 1990, and the <br />other which presents the plan of operation for water year 1991. <br /> <br />An update report on project operations, "Water Supply and Util ization," <br />is also issued each month from February through October. <br /> <br />This report meets the requirement of the Stipulation dated <br />October 5, 1955, as amended October 12, 1955, and filed with the <br />United States District Court for the District of Colorado in civil action <br />Nos. 2782, 5016, and 5017 for an annual report of the Green Mountain <br />Reservoir operations. <br />
