The Flaming <br />Gorge work group, consisting of the Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), the <br />Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife, and Larval Fish Laboratory (Colorado State <br />University) have met and prepared this study plan for your approval. The work <br />plan is based on the Flaming Gorge "Umbrella" study plan approved in the <br />fiscal year 1991 Recovery Implementation Program (RIP) Budget. <br /> <br />While it has taken longer than anticipated to prepare, the work plan contains <br />studies outlined and approved by the RIP Committees earlier this year. <br />Several of the research activities should be initiated in the near future, <br />therefore, we request your review and approval by February 28, 1991. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions regarding the study plan, contact Bob Williams <br />at FTS 588-6087 or Harold Tyus at (801) 789-0354, who are coordinating the <br />work activities. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />.~JM <br /> <br />~oland Robison <br />~RegiOnal Director <br /> <br />~ Enclosure <br />
