does hereby approve the proposed contract attached hereto as an
appendix and does further authorize the director of said Board to
execute the same for and on behalf of said Board; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two true and correct copies of
this resolution be furnished to the office of the District Engineer,
United States Army Engineers District, Omaha, Nebraska, as evidence
of the intent of the State of Colorado, through the Colorado Water
Conservation Board, to cooperate to the fullest extent of its power
and authority in the construction and subsequent operation of the
said Bear Creek Dam and Reservoir.
