To assure project operation in coriformity with the operating <br /> <br /> <br />principles heretofore stated, to provide a means for the collection and <br /> <br /> <br />interchan~e of information, and to provide a method for the continued <br /> <br /> <br />study of project operations to the .end that, if the stated oferating <br /> <br /> <br />principles may be improved ufon, recommendations for changes may be made <br /> <br /> <br />to the contractin~ parties, a connission shall be created in an appropri- <br /> <br /> <br />ate manner to'be co;nposed of one representative of the Eastern Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />Conservancy District, one representative of the Colorado niver Water Con- <br /> <br /> <br />servation District, two representatives of the United ~tates, and one <br /> <br /> <br />representative of the ~tate of Colorado appointed by the Colorado Vater <br /> <br /> <br />Conservation Board aftar consultation ,nth the Colorado Game and Fish <br /> <br /> <br />Commission. The powers of such commission shall be limited to the <br /> <br /> <br />collection of data, the making of findings of fact, and the su~gestion <br /> <br /> <br />of changes in operating.principles. <br /> <br />III <br />NA~lli OF FROJ~CT <br />It is recommended that this project shall hereafter be referred <br />to as the Frying Pan-Arkansas Project.
