Fifteen of these alternatives are <br />judged to have one or more fatal flaws. A new Regional <br />Water Authority, the MS-NCWCD, and the NCWCD appear to be <br />the preferable alternatives at this time. Of these three, <br />the MS-NCWCD or the NCWCD may be the most advantageous. <br /> <br />(9) Regional integration of M&I water supplies in Northern <br />Colorado can work and offers sufficient benefits to move <br />forward. <br /> <br />-21- <br />
