Storage Account Evaporative Loss Replacement:

In addition to replacing evaporative losses from the
permanent pool. each entity will be assessed evaporative
losses on water actually stored in its reservoir storage
account. Replacement of evaporative losses from an
entities storage account will be the sole and direct
responsibility of that entity..

Study Data to be Provided

The following basic data will be provided to the consultant
for the operations study.

Area-Capacity Tahles. The Corps of Engineers has provided
the most recent area-capacity tnbles, dated June, 1986. The
appropriate tables for the study are attached.

Storable Inflow and Releases. Each entity shall provide
the consultant the following information for the hydrologic
sequence to be evaluated:

a) A list of all water rights that will be used for
storage, augmentation and evaporation makeup.

b) The amount of water. on a monthly basis, that the above
water rights will yield for storage in Bear Creek
Reservoir. [A monthly time step will be used unless
the consultant recommends another time increment to the
Study Committee]

c) The amount of water that will need to be released from
each entity's storage account to the river on a monthly
basis to augment out-of-priority depletions at full
buildout.

[Some or all of this data may have been developed already.
either as part of an operating plan or as part of a court
.decreed plan of augmentation.]

AccountinG Procedure

An accounting procedure to simulate reservoir elevations.
stored inflows, evaporation losses, and storage releases to the
river shall be utilized as set forth herein to operate the
system. The tables described below and in Appendix A shall be
prepared to aid in data computation and in carrying out the
operations study.
