An inorease in fiMn aoreage of 2,000 aores and an inorease

in wheat land of 2,000 to 3,000 aores to be irrigated during the periods

when surplus water is in the river and a maximum storage in the reservoir

of 10,000 acre feet,

The following assumptions were all oommon to all of the above

oonditions,

A, A demand of 41 seoond feet on the river during the season

April through August to take oare of direot flow requirements before

any direot flow w'ter oould be delivered under the oontraot with the

water company and before water oould be stored in either the Costilla

Reservoir or Eastdale Reservoirs,

B, Storage in Costilla Reservoir of surplus water insofar

as the surpluses ocour at the Costilla Reservoir,

C, Storage of remaining surplus in Eastdale Reservoir

- 11 -

\
,<
