<br />8 4-6-112. Savings clause. (1) RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
<br />9 THAT AROSE UNDER SECTIONS 4-6-101 TO 4-6-111 PRIOR TO THEIR
<br />10 REPEAL REMAIN VALID AND MAY BE ENFORCED AS THOUGH SAID
<br />11 SECTIONS HAD NOT BEEN REPEALED.

<br />13 (2) THIS SECTION IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1993.

<br />15 SECTION 3. 4-1-105 (2), Colorado Revised Statutes, as
