<br />PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ONLY AT

<br />FOR PROCESSING APPLICATIONS FOR AID TO FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT
<br />CHILDREN. Said rules and regulations may make provision for
