"'0 f' " ~r It Would appear that the appropriation date of 9/7/57 claimed by RMPC for the Meadows portion of the Sweetwater Project is in reality 12/18/57. The Sweetwater Project was considered in the 1966 round of adjudications: however, the prior 1958 adjudications issued decrees with appropriation dates later than 9/7/57. Therefore, the date of 12/18/57 was apparently assigned since an appropriation date of 9/7/57 in 1966 would be junior to any date assigned in 1958. Consequently, not only the Phillips Ditch is 'senior, but the Ertl Pipeline decree is also. .t.
