The detercination that <br /> <br />the combination of no rough fish, ~armer than usual water for this <br /> <br />elevation and a SO/50 pool-riffle ratio makes this an outstanding <br /> <br />fishery was made by Richard Moore based on his training as a <br /> <br />fisheries biologist for the Colorado Division of Wildlife from <br /> <br />1952 - 1962 and for Region 2 of the Forest Service from 1962 _ <br /> <br />1979.
