Juring the months of May to July, inclusive, providing <br />the natural flow during said period is not less than these amounts. The <br />obliglttion to supply the nlllllmUIll streltm flow as set forth in the ltbove <br />table on the Roltring Fork River shall, to the extent of 3,000 acre-feet <br />annually, be a project obligation to be supplied from an)' waters <br />diverted from the south tribut<tries of Hunter Creek, Lime Creek, Last <br />Chance Creek, or any of them. <br />The Twin Lakes Reservoir & Canal Co. shlLll not be required to re- <br />frain from diverting water under its existing decrees from t.he Hoaring <br />Fork River except to the extent that a like quantity of replacement <br />water is furnished to said company without charge therefor through <br />and by means of project ill versions. <br />If by reason of storage capacity in the Ruedi Resen'oir, or any <br />reservoir constructed in addition thereto, the Twin Lakes Reservoir & <br />Canal Co. derives additional water 01' other benefits or 8(1\'ant,'ges it <br />would not have realized had this project not been constructed, then <br />nothing heT(~in contained shall prevent the project from making appro- <br />priate charges for such water or other benefits or advantages. All <br />reven ues derived from t.he use of water stored in Ashcroft Reservoir <br />shall be u;;ed to assist in the repayment of the construetion, opel'lltion <br />and maintenance costs of t.hat reseIToir, or any reservoir constructed <br />in lieu thereof, as IIIay determin"d by the Secretary of the Interior. <br />. 12. All lands aCljuired and l~eld foJ' project. construction and opera- <br />(.Jon and water surfaces of project resenOll'S wlll be open to the public <br />~or reereational purposes, excepting those areas reserved by t.he operat- <br />Ing ageney. <br />13.
