<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Monthly instream flow call triggers are developed for the Maybell gage as follows: <br /> <br />a) determine lowest 10 consecutive year total discharge volume for each month. <br />b) determine the monthly Carve Out and multiply by 10. <br />c) monthly instream flow call trigger = a.b <br /> <br />When the running monthly 10 year volume is less than the monthly instream flow call trigger, <br />junior rights will be called out to meet the instream flow appropriation. <br /> <br />To allow for the use of the second development allowance, the following process is used: <br /> <br />a) for large modification of Paragraph 4, recalculate and modify the instream flow <br />appropriation as done originally and recalculate the monthly instream flow call trigger, and <br />b) for small modifications of Paragraph 4, recalculate the monthly instream flow call trigger <br />only. <br /> <br />c:\miscc1\<;u604ii.opt <br /> <br />Option II - 3 <br />
