Of these resources, the only ones which would be <br />irreversibly and irretrievably committed for all 'ime are the elec- <br />trical power consumed for pumping purposes under each of the <br />proposed alternatives and the resources utilized to provide this <br />power. <br /> <br />Thirty-four Federal, State, and local government agencies with <br />environmental concerns in the Project Area were consulted con- <br />cerning the proposed action.
